Hi, im pregnant 8 weeks with my second baby and they still have not heard or seen a heartbeat, im scared…?

Look through this timeline. It tells you when the heart beat can be heard.. I don't think it's quite yet, so it's ok.

Ok.. loked through real quick.. it says at about week 16 you MIGHT hear it.

Everyone is correct about when you can HEAR the heartbeat, but you did say they haven't been able to see it either, correct? That would make me worried. If you have had an ultrasound recently yes, they should have for sure been able to see it. With ultrasound it is seen at just about 6 weeks, give or take a day or two. You very well may have your days off though, so that could be a reason too. Keep trying to have faith, although I know i would be very concerned too!

i heard and see my babys heartbeat at 6weeks, by ultrasound.

if your talking about a doppler which the midwife uses to just listen to a heartbeat then its 14 weeks.

but remember every baby is different and grows at different rates.

I think its from about 11/12weeks that you'll begin to hear it. I know it's hard but try not to worry to much b/c that won't be good for you or your baby. You will see your baby's heartbeat when you have your ultrasound, this should put your mind at rest.
