If someone is about 2 or 3wks pregnant would u be able to get a result from a home kit so soon or would it come up as negative?x

Answer:
Pregnancy is calculated from the first day of your last period. If it has been two weeks from the first day of your last period then you should be ovulating and getting pregnant right now. If it has been three weeks from the first day of your last period then it is POSSIBLE for a positive HPT. If it has been two or three weeks since you ovulated then you should be missing your period and a HPT should be accurate. Be sure to buy a HPT that reads HCG (pregnancy hormone) at 25 or lower. Dollar store HPTs are just as accurate as the $15 kind so you don't need to be spending a lot of money. If you are not sure if the test you have reads at HCG 25 or 50, call the 800 number on the box and ask… or check out www.peeonastick.com for more information.. good luck!

Answer:
first response pregnancy test can show this early

Answer:
You probably wouldn't get an accurate response. Wait until they've missed their period.

Answer:
no because you would only be getting pregnant at 2 weeks .. because they count pregnancy from the first day of your last period.. your USUALLY able to tell when youe due for your next period.. which would be around 4 weeks (pregnant)..

Answer:
Maybe, but the most accurate time to test would be a couple of days after your missed period.

Answer:
about 2 weeks i guess

Answer:
normally they say first day of your missed period but some can show 4 days before. i think it depends on your body and how much of the pregnancy hormone you have in your body every one is different.

Answer:
have you missed your period yet? if not, wait until you miss your period and then you can take a pregnancy test.. i strongly suggest clear blue easy ( digital ) and or first response… they seemed to work very well for me!! good luck! =)

Answer:
I just did some research on this a few weeks ago. Home pregnancy tests that claim they are 99% accurate are 99% accurate for pregnancy at stages later than 2 to 3 weeks after conception.

If a woman takes a home pregnancy test at that time and receives a negative but still does not receive her period for another week, she should take another home pregnancy test.

The reason for the discrepancy is that woman's hCG leves (hormones in a pregnant woman's urine) increase exponentially in the early weeks of pregnancy but may not at high enough levels to be detected by home pregnancy tests. There was one test that consistently tested accurately at such an early stage, but the name of the test was not revealed.

Blood tests are accurate at very early stages.

Answer:
I got my positive test 7 days before my period was due. I think it is very rare for this to happen. I'm a POAS aholic so that is why I got my positive test so early. you really should wait until the day you miss your period for it to be completely accurate. there is a very good chance it will be negative this early how ever if it is positive there is no mistake.

Answer:
I did a HPT from the 99 ct store. And got a faint positive at 3 weeks!!!!

11DPO and 5 Days Before my missed period.

So YES U can!

Answer:

Answer:
5 days before your missed period with EPT and first response

Answer:
I bought an early home pregnancy test and tested the day before my missed period and then 2 days later and they came out negative. Finally on the 5th day of being late I took another test and tested positive. I have two friends that tested negative because they tested to early when they were really positive. I would wait at least five days after your missed period it's more accurate. The early pregnancy tests do not work for everyone and some women it takes a little longer for the pregnancy hormones to show up. Also don't go to the dollar store for your tests I have heard about that and also have heard they are not always accurate (you get what you pay for) go to the pharmacy or go to your doctors and have them do a blood test.

Answer:
Well I Was 2 Weeks Pregnant When I Found Out The I Was With Child, The Pregnancy Test I Took Was Equate.
