As its Valentines Day today me and my hubby have been at it a couple of times and i am a little concerned about my unborn child!!!! It wasnt rough or over the top sex but good sex and i was conscious of the baby, does anyone else worry when having sex that they could m/c or something?? I suppose it doesnt help that i had a m/c last June but i do have 2 healthy boys also xx

Baby is fine dont worry. We were at it like rabbits when I was pregnant, I had such mad hormones, and ours was fine. If your gp suggests less sex, then abide by it, but if he is hapy for you to have sex, then by all means go for it!
Its probably best to stick to 'normal' sex, nothing rough and wild - no swinging from the ceiling or anything!

Hey, it's perfectly normal to worry about it. Some women wont even have sex because they feel like the baby might know whats going on or something but that baby has no idea! He is in his own world in that sac. I am 34 weeks and my doctor still hasnt told me to stop having sex. Just recently we have had to make some position changes because it will soon get uncomfortable being on bottom, but you're only 11 weeks. Trust me, if the baby is uncomfortable, you will feel uncomfortable. Try to keep your mind off of the baby and it will help. Having a m/c has nothing to do with this baby. And your almost out of the 1st trimester so your risk is alot lower. But you are deff. not the only 1 who worries about this! Rest easy!

I have had 3 miscarriages and was advised to refrain from sexual intercourse for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, just in case.
Unless you have had several un explained miscarriages you should be fine reguardless of soft or rough sex.
