Is anyone else newly pregnant?

i am absoloutly thrilled i still dont quite believe it. i got my bfp 6 days ago but i keep checking the tests (all7 of them) to check the lines are still there. i am 5 weeks today. is anyone else feeling this or am i just really strange

When I first found out I was pregnant, I took about 10 tests! I kept taking them each day too, because I just couldn't believe it! After I went for my first ultrasound, and saw the heartbeat, I stopped taking the tests lol!!!

i am five weeks this day also i am so happy but we have decided not to tell any friends or family till i am 3months we have told people before that with both my other two pregnancy but this time thought that we will wait till the 12 week scan because our eldest is six so understands more now and i don't want to tell him until we pass the risk stage but we’ve stated that after our scan we’re going to give him the scan photo and let him show it to his granparents, any how i am feeling just the same i keep checking the tests i have a don't believe it too. i I spoke to my ideal friend on the phone the other day and it was so hard not saying anything.

Wow you sound just like I did 2 weeks ago.I was totally in shock and got up every morning and checked to make sure the lines didnt dissappear.Its so sureal!But there’s NO such thing as a false positive so its official! Just got my first exam yesterday and heard the heartbeat and even had an ultrasound and it nearly took that to solidify in my head Im gonna be a mommy!Its a wonderful thing and a million conratulations to you I know how your feeling mommy to be!

Aww congratulations! I'll be 13 weeks on Sunday with my 2nd. I think it's normal to want to keep checking! My husband and I were so happy and excited (this is his first, my daughter was 4 when we got together) it just seemed so unbelievable! I took two tests, though, and have been to the physician twice. Even though we haven't been able to actually hear his/her heartbeat yet, we have the ability to see it in the ultrasound! Have you seen a physician yet? Once you see/hear the baby, I think it makes the reality of it sink in a tiny more. Good luck!

NO, I am still feeling that way and I am 7 weeks pregnant. I’ve known for 3 weeks and I still keep checking the tests to make sure they havent changed! LOL Anyway, if it was something you wanted more than anything you’ll be that way for a while. I keep thinking I wont get over it until I am so big that I cant see my feet anymore when I walk! Dont worry i was the same way. I had to go take the test out of the trash can 2-3 times a day just to make sure then i had to go get a digital one. Just seeing the work Pregnate made me really believe it then again i had a hard time till i really saw the tiny baby and heard the heartbeat for the first time. Im 6 weeks and a couple days with what appears to be twins(via 5 week ultrasound showing 2 sacks). I took 4 tests at 13 days pregnant and all were positive. We confirm it being twins or not in 1 week 4 days with another ultrasound!!!Thats what has been driving me crazy…having to wait till I'm 8 weeks to find out for sure…times been going by really slow!

congrats!! i felt that too when i found out. i kept the tests for like 2 months bf i threw them out. i still really couldnt belive it. to this day im still in shock im having a baby. i never thought i would be the one to have children. it wonderful and wait till u feel the flutters. its feels like u went down a rollercoaster and make sure you let your guy hear your tummy when the baby is moving. my guy puts his ear up to my tummy and hears him swimming around!!!
