I've been on the pill for 8 years and I've been with my fiance for 6 1/2 years. For the last month I have been having pregnancy symptoms (sore boob, implantation bleeding, stomach cramps, fatigue) and I took my last pill on Sunday and there is no sign of my period yet.

When I first thought I might be pregnant I panicked because me and my fiance want to get married before we have kids although we'd both love to have a baby now the thought of the expense scares us! I haven't told my fiance that I think I might be pregnant just in case I'm not but I’ve been thinking about it now for a couple of weeks and I’m really excited now that I might be pregnant, I've even planned what will happen with regards to buying stuff, work and I've even checked what vitamins I should be taking.

The thing is I'm now to scared to take a test just in case it's negative and whilst all this is going on my fiance has no idea!!! I know if I was pregnant he'll be over the moon but if I'm not pregnant now I don't think he'll want to start trying to get pregnant because it's not what we'd planned.

I just need some advise really and happy thoughts….

Answer:
Just take the test without him knowing you did it. Thats what I did when I thought I was preggo so if it was negative my hubby wouldn't be disappointed, but it was positive and he was over the moon.

Baby dust to you ::::…::::….:::::….::::…. :)

Answer:
Sounds like you're in a good relationship and it wouldn't be the end of the world if you were pregnant.

I think you should bite the bullet and take the test, maybe even tell your partner you think you might be; he'll probably appreciate being in on it, and may share in your excitement.

The sooner you take the test, the sooner you'll know whether you should start a new packet of pills or not too.

Answer:
You need to go see your physician right away - if you have been continuing to take the Pill while you may be pregnant, your hormones aren't going to be behaving normally.

I'm bemused as to why you carried on taking the Pill at the same time as believing you were pregnant, to be honest. It's far from ideal and you need medical advice NOW.

Answer:
You’re going to have to take it sooner or later. The sooner you know for sure, the sooner you can start your prenatals if the test is positive. Your body needs the folic acid especially, asap to help prevent birth defects. Your fiance sounds like a caring and supportive person. I would take the test first and see what it says. That way you will know what you want to state to him. Good Luck!!

Answer:
Speak to him about it!! Even if it's negative or positive or upside down it will be nice to share your feelings with him. If it is positive, you’ve someone to celebrate with. If it is negative, it is a great time to bring up, “when are we having children? How many? What if we got pregnant now?” It will be fun.

Answer:
Well it sounds like a baby will be loved either way take the test if you are, early prenatal care is the best thing to do for your baby!

Answer:
if i were you i would take one and not state anything to you partner until you’ve done the test.

Good Luck to you xx

Answer:
