fell on the bottom stair more like a slip and landed on my bum so i have read that the baby will be protected by fluid is that right?
what are the chances of miscarriage because of this fall?
Answer:
i fell flat on my stomach at 5 months pregnant with my first, i slipped on ice and landed hard, my baby was fine, she’s now 13! have a lay down for a while if u expirience any cramping or bleeding go to the hosital straight away, the baby is well cushioned in there and is protected to a degree, like i stated though keep an eye for spotting or any bleeding at all and cramping but i think u'll be ok… i was!
Answer:
Any fall no matter how lightly it was can cause it this early on.
How ever it's a matter of what is meant to be will be.
There are woman that play sports, run, live a celebration life and never have miscarriage against all odds. If you released mucous plug from the cervix then you would have miscarried for sure. It looks just like a clear gel plug.
see a picture of the plug at the link bellow:
Answer:
The fact that you landed on your bum means that it is unlikely you have done any damage to the fetus. as it is so small and is surrounded by amniotic fluid, it is well protected.Keep an eye on yourself and if you start to get any cramping or bleeding, seek medical help
Answer:
Go to early pregnancy centre and get a scan if ur worried - as you are 9 weeks you can have a vaginal scan and they will be able to check all is okay
Or if you can relax and just monitor yourself, if you begin getting sharp pains or bleed then worry!
Im sure all is okay but better to be safe than sorry ![]()
Answer:
You should be fine. Monitor yourself. If you feel out of the ordinary or notice any spotting call the doc and go in right away. If you feel fine, the baby should be fine too.
Answer:
If you are registered with a midwife already, then give her a call and explain to her your concern.
Answer:
I think you are safe.
Your baby is very well “cushioned” right now.
Answer:
I would go to the doctors right away just in case!
