i've got some questions about belly button piercings, could you help me out please?

(the mega question lol) 1. my mum stated that she doesn't want me to get my belly button pierced and wont give her permission to let me have it done. but im going to be 16 in november. can i legally get it done at 16 without my parents permission? (i will tell them im getting it done, its not like im going to keep it a secret lol)
2. on a scale of 1-10, how much does it hurt? (please be honest!)
3. if they numb your stomach, does it injured less?
4. how long does the whole procedure last?
5. is it very sore after woulds?
p.s - i live in the uk (rules might be different over here)

Yes You can Get You Belly Button Pierced At 16 In the Uk.
I Got Mine Done At 13.
With Permision But Should Be Fine At 16.
Id state Bowt a 6 On a Scale Of One To 10.
And it Does Injured Less With Numbing Spray!
In Total The Piercing Should Take Around 5mins as they need To Mark Where They Will Be Piercing.
And It Can be Alittle Sore After You Have Had It Peirced,
As It Will Swell Alittle.
And Bleed Abit.
Should Be Fine After About A Week Or So

im from ireland so our rules are probably similar… it depends on where you get it done cuz where i got it done you had to be eighteen but normally it's sixteen as far as i kno…
it barely hurts at all cuz it's over in a couple of seconds, just a clamp and the bar is in!
I’ve no idea bout the numbing cuz i didn't get it done!
it's not long at all and it doesn't hurt after unless you don't look after it and it gets infected, but if you look after it then it's all good!

well i live in Germany and here you can get it done with 16.
you cant really state how much it hurts since some people say it didn't injured, others say it did. but with mine, i would state it injured 3 out of 10 and i hate needles and pain. my stomach wasn't numb either.
normally it takes about a week, maybe two to fully heal. again…depending on you and how your body takes it. mine took longer because i was thrown in a pool a day after and it got infected. and i have a friend who's body didn't accept it and it grew out. so just think about how your scratches or wounds normally heal and that's about how your piercing will heal. question 5…same as 4 (depending on your body)
now i hope i didn't scare you in anyway. the pain will go as fast as it came and then you’ll love it later on=)
