What hurts more…….?

Author: admin

getting something peirced on your face or getting a tattoo (with numbing cream) ?

Answer:
tattoo with numbing cream because piercings don't injured at least not to me and i don't think numbing cream would do much good probably just make it feel weird but still hurt at the same time.

Answer:
Having a tattoo is more of a prolonged scratching, but I wouldn’t recommend using numbing cream, your skin has nerves to indicate how much damage is being done, if your skin is numb and the artist goes to deep with the needle (for example) then you’re less likely to be able to tell, your skin tells you how much it can cope with, so I wouldn’t use that numbing cream at all. Having a tattoo is nothing like having a jab with a needle, it is more of a hot scratching feeling than a sharp jabbing feeling. I’ve an extremely low pain threshold and have sat through 7 tattoos so far, and plan more, so if I have the ability to cope then I have no doubt you will too. You think it is going to be far worse than it actually is.

Answer:
You can't get numbing cream for any tattoos.

Or facial peircings.

You just have to take it like a man.

I've had a few tattoos and a few peircings, but I can honestly state the most painful one was getting my lip peirced.

Most painful tattoo i've had was on my left wrist, as it went over the bone it injured like hell!!!

But tattoos don't really hurt, they hurt afterwards more, like really bad sunburn.

EDIT: YOU CANT GET NUMBING CREAM, THAT IS JUST RETARDED, you’re supposed to be able to feel the pain of getting a tatto because if you couldn't feel it, it might be swelling up and inflaming and you wouldn't know, a tattooist will NEVER use numbing cream, and only ear peircings will MAYBE use numbing cream, anyone who would ask for numbing cream to get a peircing or tattoo deserves to be laughed at for being such a wimp! Getting a tattoo wouldn't be the same if it was painless, it's partly all about showing how much pain you can take, and converting the pain into art. If there was no pain involved in the tattooing process, I doubt 60% of people would even have had theirs done as it's not as appealing.

Answer:
Depends where the tattoo is.

I personally think piercings injured less (they ache afterwards) whereas tattoos injured for the entire time they're being done and then burn for a few hours after.

i've had laser hair removal, and if you're going to use a numbing cream like EMLA you need to apply it an hour before and cover it in cling film - if you apply it a few minutes before, it won't make a blind bit of difference. If you apply it properly, it helps a bit, but things still really bloody hurt.

Answer:
Had a couple of tattoos, didn't injured as much as i thought it would, though i went in anticipating the worse,

Had an ear pierced when i was younger , with a dart (prat) that injured abit, glad to state i have no earring now but alas i still have my tattoo's and completely regret the one on my lower arm just for the fact it's there and can't hide it as much as my other one.

Think carefully where you put your tattoo. :)

ps. never had numbing cream when i had them done.

Answer:
I wouldn't use numbing cream for a tattoo. Millions of people have lived through tattoo sessions; it may injured but obviously…no pain no gain. Part of getting a tattoo is being able to say you lived through the pain, and with numbing cream (to put it nicely) makes you sound like a *****.

Answer:
Well I've had my lip pierced, several times. Which is no large deal to me, the healing is tough though. I've just recently got a tattoo on my wrist. Which didn't hurt after a little while of him doing it. So I guess what it comes down to for me, is it's not getting the piercing that hurts more, it's the healing.

Answer:
I dont think you should use numbing cream honestly. im a chick and i handled it… and honestly people will probably laugh at you if they ask you hey how bad did that hurt… and you say oh it didnt because i used numbing cream lol. thats kinda lame. but hey do what you want. If your mature enough to have a tattoo or anything like that then you should take the pain that comes with it >.<
