Ouch!

Answer:
Pretty much all of those, DON'T do. Orange juice is acidic and will dry you out like the sahara desert, and it will burn. Crushing aspirin for a home-made salicylic acid will just add more acid to your skin - more burning. I could go on, but guess I'll help you…

The yogurt and milk options sounded pretty good, though.

Oatmeal and honey. If you're burned all over, powder oatmeal in a blender and dump about a cup or two of it in a tub of warm water. Drop in and say, Ahhhhh. Relief almost immediately. Rinse off, but don't use soap then rub a bit of natural oil on after the oatmeal bath.

For your face, oatmeal and honey packs. There's a recipe on my profile, just click my picture to copy it. Don't use the vanilla extract until your sunburn is healed - the alcohol in the extract could dry you a bit or sting.

Answer:
Vinegar and water. Pure vinegar or mixed half and half with water is the best, better that aloe. It's all we ever used to use when we were kids. It smells, but it works….Pat on with a washcloth.

Answer:
As i am a sun bronzed Aussie, we have a few remedies that work, #1 get some full cream milk and soak a soft facial wash cloth in it, then gently apply all over the face and burnt area's of your body, #2 cut up some red rippened tomato's and gently dab them all over the burnt area's, #3 only shower in lukewarm water so as not too aggravate the burning sensation. You can use any one of these, but not together. Apply any of these for a few days and you should notice a huge difference. Now for the IMPORTANT Part, what have you learnt about sunning yourself at the beach ???? hmmmmmm USE SUNSCREEN preferably 30 ,,, and i hope the " ouchie " factor goes away soon.

Answer:
yoghurt will really help you, I use aloe and yoghurt, not together, one or the other.

Answer:
Boil lettuce in water and let the water cool. Then use a cotton ball or cotton cloth to apply the lettuce water to your sunburn. You may even want to put the boiled lettuce on your skin.

Lettuce has a special enzyme which helps soothe sunburn. A lot of after-sun products have the same enzyme in it.

Hope you get better soon!
