oh my god i usually have really nice skin with no spots and no i just have loads and i tried like the scrub things and make-up just seams to make it worse does anybody no of a really effective way to get rid of spots??
Answer:
don't waste your time and money on those stupid commercial products from boots and superdrug. i went to my GP and she prescribed me some Stiemycin Ointment. i saw results after the first day of using it. it works fabulously, and is a proper over-the-counter ointment! 100% advocate.
Answer:
See a dermatologist. You shouldn't use a scrub if you’ve a lot of blemishes, it will only make it worse. If you want to exfoliate, try using a peel. Make sure that your makeup is oil free, and non-comedogenic, which means that it won't clog your pores.
Answer:
Drink lots of water. Also try using the steam room it will open up your pores whiles you sweat it out. Remeber cold shower to shut pores after tho.
Then try some cardio workouts as well, anything that’ll make you sweat really. Hope this helps.
Answer:
deep cleanser should help but i woulda thought make-up doesnt help, sureley it clogs the pause?
Maybe try and not leave your make-up on for as long as you usually do, but definatly use a deep cleanser

Answer:
You should go see a dermatologist because it might be your make up that is irritating your skin

Answer:
First of all, leave them alone. Drink lots of water, use an astringent, get out in the sunshine.
