Answer:
Sea salt soaks for the outside, and mouthwash without alcohol for the inside
Answer:
Seek advice from where you had it done.
They should have provided you with that info before or after you had it done.
Answer:
You dirty sod
Answer:
Use some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and just dab it gently
Answer:
Sea salt water soaks for a couple minutes are best. Never use hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol because that removes new skin cells.
Answer:
You should of got some stuff when you had it pierced. Just swirl mouthwash around on the inside and probably salt water for the outside. Lip piercings heal really fast!
Answer:
Regular antibacterial soap and water. If it's a ring, make sure you move the ring around so that the entire piece of jewelry is clean. A stud is a different matter however. Usually on a piercing I would put neosporin but since you might be ingesting it, and it's poisonous, I wouldn't do that. You can ask at the place you got it done…
Answer:
Hey use mouthwash and salt water that all i used when i got my done and sorta rub it round the stud with a cottonbud.
Answer:
Geesch … where did you have this done that you were not given instructions for cleaning? Call a reputable piercing business and request guidance.
Answer:
Warm water, nothing else.
Answer:
do not use hydrogen peroxide, polysporn, or any alcohal based disenfectants. these items will cause the piercing to try out and become itchy and iritating ( i have like 13 piercings) for oral piercings use a non iodized salt water solution and swish like mouth wash after you eat to make sure it does not become infected.U can use a cotton swab to lightly clean around you piercing. you can also use Oral - b mouth wash as it contains no alchoholic base. if you have any problems you should call you piercer, or any piercer studio they wil give you the best advice
Good Luck hope it heels well!
Answer:
I have a vert. labret it took a long time to heal but mouth wash and q-tips with peroxide on outside, make sure you get under the ball
Answer:
DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PERIOXIDE OR RUBBING ALCOHOL!!!!
THAT WILL SCREW UP YOUR PIERCING. JUST TAKE A Q-TIP AND GET IT WET WITH WATER AND A LITTLE ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP, THEN CLEAN THE BLOODY AREA. I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME WHEN I GOT MY LIP DONE.
