so i recently came up in a lot of spots, got some meds from the docs, but i wanna apply something directly to them,

i got some tea tree oil from the web, and also got myself a whole range of clearsil stuff,

ive used them, but now my skin feels really tight :/ and well my spots havent gone down completely either

help me please x

Answer:
Keep it easy.
Wash with water as hot as you can twice a day (whatever wash you’ve been given)
Tone with cold water.
Use a light, non greasy moisturiser.
Apply either the clearasil or the tea tree oil.
DRINK lots of body temperature water throughout the day.
EAT more fruit and veg than you have been.

All of these will help a bit on their own - all together they’ll help a lot - but you really, really have to stick with it and do it regularly!

Answer:
The tea-tree is probably drying out your skin.
I think firstly you need to cut down to saturated fats as people with acne are not able to break them down (eg red meat, dairy, fried foods)..also too much sugar, ice cream, peanut butter.
Instead of using a chemically astringent commercial cleanser, keep your skin spot-free by cleaning it with equal parts of lemon juice dissolved in purified water (from chemists).
Also, there's a skincare system that has proven very effective for the treatement of spots. Altho' it might be a little high-priced, it might be worth investing in as it might save you a fortune in the long run (buying lots of stuff that doesn't work). it is called The Sher System. This is their website:

Answer:
the best treatment for this problem is to swim in the sea, go for a holiday or purchase a salty sea water from the chemist and clean your face daily with it. it is magic.
