just not sure on the placement (as you may see from other question choosing placement seems to be a problem for me!), anyways ive narrowed in down to either my ribs like just under my bra or my inner wrist, any thoughts on which would be best would be apreciated

well…lol it really depends on if you want people to be able to see it or not. i loooove rib tattoos, i think they're gorgeous, but obviously not many people will see it, aside from in the summer time if your in a bikini or something, or if you wear a bra as a shirt on a daily basis lol i have tattoos that are hidden i guess, like my bf is the only one who see's them, and he kinda likes that lol the one most hidden is a personal one though, its a nickname i got when i was younger, and it was given to me by my bf when we were like best friends (waaaaay before we started dating…i never would have got it if we were dating already lol) so that could be another reason he enjoys it lol
i also have one on each wrist, and i love them there, people can almost always see them, and they mean something (my last name, and chinese symbol for courage) so i don't mind telling people what they mean all the time, so if your numbers have a long story that you don't really wanna explain all the time, its not the ideal place, cuz people will ask you all the time,
and i know this wasn't an option of yours lol BUT the back of your neck, like on that bone there, and the side of your neck like behind your earlobe are also awesome places for them i think, specially something like roman numerals cuz they can be small enough that they won't look trashy bein pretty much on your head lol (assuming you don't already have some there) i have one in both places, my mayan symbol on the back (mexican horoscope) and chinese thing for year of the dragon on the side, so they're both not even 2 inches, and they're pretty and you see it if your hair is short, or up and they're my 2 favourite ones, its just a really neat place for them i think lol cuz they have the ability to be very easily shown and very easily hidden, depending on your situation

Hi.Between the two places you’ve decided to consider i suggest you place the tat under your bra or rib area. Coming from a guys perspective, the reason for this choice is not everyone likes tatoos that are always visible therefore hiding it makes it a little more special.

If you put it somewhere visable you might regret it when you get older. Employers don't usually like to hire people with tatoos. When you’re old and playing with your grandchildren how is that wrinkly old thing going to look?
