40D and uncomfortable. Not a fat person just my bust size has increased over the last four years or so. Medication was the culprit
Answer:
Try losing weight and your bust should go too
Answer:
i was a 36D and hated the size of them, but when i lost weight by exercising, mine went down to an A then i was freaked because they were too small, but defo exercising on the lateral thigh trainer i lost my boobs. i think it was the constant stepping up and down really fast made me bounce a lot and sweat a lot in the chest area would of burned fat in my boobs, so anything like that, dancing or jogging/running were ou will be bouncing a lot will definetly work that specific area. pills dont work trust me, there was no1 that could do it except me and thats how much i didnt want them that size
Answer:
I know what reduced mine, and actually reduced them way more than I would have ever wanted (to the point now of looking into getting implants).
I lost 45lbs (5'9″ and went from 165lbs to 120lbs) and went from a full 36C (probably could have fit a D) to a 34A. Exercise and changing my diet to 10 times healthier than it was.
Not sure if it will work for you, but it worked too well for me ![]()
Answer:
boobs are 80% fat.. every1s saying loose weight but u said ur not big so.. try push ups against a wall as it firms them and will make them look smaller. Also u can purchase bra's that minimise them but wont actually make them any smaller. Love them!! if you think more positively towards them then they'll bother u less.
Answer:
the only way I know of is to lose vast quantities of weight a la Lindsay Lohan who used to have a chest. Now she is so skinny and is almost flat on top.
Answer:
Normally if you loose some weight your breast size will go down a bit. Other wise, surgery, exercise might firm the muscles around the breast but I don't think it will reduce their size.
Answer:
you can get bras that minimize your bust size, theyre similar to push up bras but have the opposite effect
All the best xx
