Answer:
I’ve a tattoo on the inside of each wrist, and they were not painful at all. They were barely even irritating. The tats I have on my back and ankle injured quite a bit more.

They won't numb it for you, I'm pretty sure they're not even legally permitted to. I wouldn't worry about it though, that tat should take about 10-20 minutes, and you'll be fine.

Its very adorable!

heey

I think you should really consider what you want on your wrist before you do it as its there for life and its more on show than your hip,I have a tattoo on my wrist of my sons name and i love it ..wouldnt change it.I wouldnt be scared as its really not that bad at all..its alittle nippy but if u can get a tattoo on your hip you can def get one on your wrist,I’ve 3..one on my wrist one on my belly and one on my foot and the foot was the worst but still not that sore.

Not sure if that’ll help you but dont be scared

The wrist is an awesome place to get it :)

When I first saw “wrist tattoo” I was excited, because I’ve always thought it would be cool to have something under my wrist watch. That way if anyone saw it I could swiftly cover it up and put my watch back on and say, “oh, that is nothing.” Then they would think I was in some sort of secret society. And then I noticed you wanted to get something in a Japanese writing. And then I wanted to cry a little. Seriously? Really? I guess you could always get a tribal arm band to match it. I think you should take some more thought than to just having your name in a foreign script. Particularly if it is going to be as visible as it would be on your wrist. A tattoo of your own name in a foreign script is an simple way to get a tattoo for the sake of getting a tattoo. Please put a little more thought into this (for your own benefit, because it won't be long until you aren't that into the tattoo anymore because you didn't but any personality into it).

But, if you don't like my advice then I say go all out!!! Go ahead and get the Japanese name on your wrist. Then you can get get some crap with roses that you pick off the wall at the tattoo shop in Daytona Beach and have it put on your lower back. It will complete the package quite nicely.

Answer:
it's really not that bad…i just got my wrist tat on wed. and it took 10 minutes and was the least painful of my 6 tattoos!

edit: no they will NOT numb it. it's a tattoo not surgery and it doesn't hurt that bad…and any pain is what comes with a tattoo, it makes it that much more special…and it's a rite of passage, the last thing you should be worrying about is the pain if it's something you really want

Answer:
The one I had on my hip injured a lot more than the ones on my wrist. I think you'll be ok. It doesn't really hurt there. The tattoos kinda cute just make sure that that is something you want there forever since that area will show scars if you’ve it removed later on.

Answer:
Are you Japanese? Are you well versed in the language? If not, then I don't see the point of getting a tattoo in a language that you can’t read. And why your name? I just don't see the point.

Answer:

Answer:
I don't like tattoos. I'd grow out of it or change my mind. You'll eventually be an old person with a shrivelled, horrible tattoo.

Answer:
Boring…
