Well - I don't think it but its a part of society!! I wish I didn't want it but there will always be a part of me who wants a boob and nose job!!!
I think changing one or two things is ok but extreme ott suregery is beyond rediculous!!!
Answer:
Its a personal choice, i look great for my age, superior than celebs my age who have had all the cosmetic surgery work done. In my case you look better to leave alone, at least i don't look plastic. my friend hated her nose, it took over her life, she had a nose job, and instantly felt 100% better in herself.(she didn't look different to me, but i wasn't going to spoil her happiness) so for her it was a life changing result. she then got her dream job and boyfriend, new confidence. It can be a good thing also.

If it makes you feel good do it. I wouldnt personally do cosmetic surgury just becuase theres somethings you cant change about yourself or that i wouldnt want to change.
