i then went to the chemist to get a different brand again just to see my Af was due this day and again another faint line as i wiped myself there was pinkish red blood so after a while i did another 2 test and still faint positives i am still bleeding a little but cant see how i have Af and positive tests any one have any ideas what is going on with me. I tried to get in docs but cant till friday.
Any answers greatly recieved i was praying this was my month as i had a miscarriage in 06 and have been trying ever since

On my 4th pregnancy test (from the doctor, not a kit) it was still
saying “negative”; meanwhile, I couldn't close my jeans button or
zipper, I would hit you over the head to get your ice cream cone, and
my chest was two sizes more massive than normal. It was crazy. Nine
months later I had a little boy, the most perfect, beautiful baby even
seen - and, I had him at age 42. It was so cool. Pray and think
positive. If you really, really feel pregnant, chances are that you ARE.
Anyway, my Doctor had told me that with some people the enzyme that registers “pregnant” just isn't as detectable in some women.
If you get an internal exam on Friday, they will probably be able to tell by whats going on inside, because the body makes room for the
watersack to be created, so there will be obvious changes “there”,
ya know? Thats how my Physician realized that I was indeed pregnant.
Tests can be so deceiving, that my Doctor even told me a story of
a patient he’d where pregnancy tests were POSITIVE, and she even
gained 50lbs, and then the woman had her first ultrasound, and there
was no baby inside. She was going thru what they call a “false pregnancy”, where she even created the water sac and everything, but
there was no conception. My point is that these tests are really only
used as a guide. REMEMBER THIS: All women are different; not
every body will act or react like the next body. My physician told me
after examination that I would be in labor for the next 20 hours, and I
had my son 15 minutes later. So throughout this whole deal, keep
in mind that your experience could be different from “whats normal”.
You could have lots of labor, or zero labor; one woman could seem like she's so brave, but its because she had an simple labor - while others are very uncomfortable. Only use whats common as a guide,
and remember you’re one-of-a-kind from everyone else's experience.
I will pray that you become a mom, and have a healthy happy
little chubby baby very soon; while I'm at it, do you want me to
ask for triplets?????

It sounds to me like you have conceived! False positives are VERY rare with home pregnancy tests, because the hormone the test is checking for is only present in pregnancy! Even the faintest “positive” is to be read and treated like a positive result!
Sometimes you can get what’s called an “evaporation line” if you fish the thing out of the garbage a few hours later, but since you’re getting positive readings time and again, I would say
CONGRATULATIONS are in order!!!

Congratulations! I think you’re pregnant. People can experience spotting when their period is supposed to start. I hot a faint positive for my baby girl last December. Maybe you can go purchase one of the “First Response” tests. Those are very sensitive, and can be used 5 days beffore your missed period. Maybe that test will give you a darker line. But I don't even think that's necessary. You already have your answer. Congratulations. The Lord is never early, and He's never late. He's always on time.

Even the result was faint, it still means you are pregnant. So congrats! If you haven't told you doctor about the spotting, you should. It can be normal in early pregnancy to spot a tiny around the time your period is expected. However, if it gets heavy, clotty, or accompanied with severe cramps (worse than period cramps - which are normal during pregnancy) then you need to call your physician right away and tell them. Are you sure its a faint positive and not you wishing it was there? I have been in a simular situation to you before when I was trying for a baby… That was 10 years ago…I reciently found out I cant actually get pregnant naturally and only have a slim chance through IVF… but what I will say to you is negitive results can be rong but positives are usually right!!

well you definetly pregnant, but not sure about the bleeding, if the tests are still positive i wouldnt worry, that bleeding might be implantation bleeding. and lots of people do have light bleeding around the time their first period is due when they’re pregnant, so im sure everything is and will b ok

Aww, be happy! I'm sure the bleeding is from the embryo embedding in your uterus! My first test I took was very very faint, I even had my 5 year old look at it because I wasn't sure! i would say your pregnant. ive always had faint lines. it just means that you've tested early and your hcg levels aren't very high yet. as for the bleeding, its bad that you cant see the doc till fri. but i would put your feet up and rest. i know its hard but try not to worry as you could make things worse and fingers crossed your worrying over nothing. good luck x

I’ve heard that some women have spotting while pregnant… if you didn't tell the doctor's office about that this morning, then call them back. If you did, then maybe they too feel that it's normal… should you begin bleeding heavy, get to the ER to be checked out. Congratulations!

Positive even very faint is still a positive. As far as bleeding if its much lighter than usual it probably the embryo implanting itself into the walls of the uterus and that cause some light pink blood.

it could be a number of things..
Hopefully it is either an implantation bleed, or a hormonal bleed. Both these are perfectly normal during your stage of pregnancy..
There is a possibility of miscarriage, even at such an early stage if something went wrong with implantation then you would just have a period and never knew you was pregnant if you hadn't tested… It could also have been a chemical pregnancy…
It is almost impossible to get a false positive so one of the above is whats happening, the trouble is you’ve to hold out a few days, see if the bleeding dies off and that test line gets darker!!!
