I'm BBT charting, monitoring CM and CP, using OPK, taking Vitamin B6 to help regulate my cycle (which is pretty regular anyway - 26 -28 days), taking evening primrose oil to improve fertile CM (which is working) BD- once a day from 4 days before ovulation is expected until i'm sure ovulation is over, what else can i do? Last conceived 26 months ago.

you should be able to conceive right away when you aew fertile have sex right away when you get the fertile activity so then you should be able to get pregnant and make sure that the one you’ve sex is fertile also because a very good sperm counts

So medically talking your a tiny 'old' for natural pregnancy.
However your doing all the right things and i know plenty of women of 40 who have conceived.
It may take months or perhaps years to get pregnant unfortunately, there’s no easy answer.

maybe talk to your doctor but my neighbor was 41 and got pregnant within the year, maybe they have the ability to help get a kick start-good luck
