Hi im on my 4th round of clomid 125mg when af arrives.your follicles need to be at least 16mm,18mm to be considered for fertilisation but any thing over 26mm will be over mature and it could mean poor fertilisation your womb lining needs to be at least 8mm thick anything over should be ok to….Good luck

Hey there, i had folicle tracking (which is clomid scanning) which involves an internal scan which measure the folicles you might have to go up to 3 times a week. and folicles need to be approx 8-10 mm before they’re deemed ready to pop, you will be told straight after your scan, if your folicles are good or bad. i was very lucky and got preg on 50mg of clomid 1st shot, but was trying for 4 years before that and am 21 weeks preg now, its along and hard process, but is worth it!!
i wish you all the luck in the world. lots of love x

Hi, I conceived on Clomid 100 mg. It it is your ovulation scan then it is an internal scan to pinpoint exactly when ov will occur. They checked for number of follicles and ovulation. Occasionally there’s too many follicles so they monitor that as well.
