ok so heres the deal on the clomid. If you’re having a pain on just one side then it can be one of two things. Either it is a cyst (which is common for clomid) and you need to tell your doctor so he has the ability to give you an ultra sound. or it could be that your left side is your more dominent ovary. Which is a good sign. one of the side effects with this wonderful clomid is cramping. And THAT is how you know that it is working like it should and helping you ovulate. Please make sure that you doc gives you the ultra sound though just to make sure everything is ok. Because if it is a cyst then you need to know the size of it. If it is med. or big then it could injured your chances of becoming pregnant. And after all you’re wanting to get pregnant cuz why else would you be on clomid. lol

hello there,
I am on my first cycle of clomid, I have not experienced one side effect…only a few twinges on both my left side yesterday morning and my right side yesterday afternoon.
Nothing since except this morning on my OPK it showed high fertility!
If it feels like your ovaries, here's hoping that the clomid is doing the job it's supposed to!! Keep positive thoughts going to your ovaries! (I am nearly speaking to mine now - so lol!!!)
I hope this month is your month and mine……….will keep my fingers crossed for you hun x
hopefully the pain will get easier and easier!
Answer:
I just finished my first cycle of clomid on Monday and since the very first night of the five days of taking it my ovaries have felt like they’re being used as punching bags. Even now 2 days after taking the pills it still hurts to touch that area.

ive had pains in my ovarys a bit, but think thats quite normal, do you mean in your ovaires? or your tummy? if it's your ovarys it's prob the clomid doing it's job.
