Did you get this obsessed and excited?

It's taken me a while to come round to the decision, but now I’ve, and my partner is with me all the way. We’ve just decided we’re ready to start a family and try for a baby.

Now it's decided, I’m seeking out all sorts of info on the net and am looking up all sorts of things about prenatal health, the cost of nappies and types of pushchair for example.

Did anyone else find they were so hungry for information like this when they decided to begin trying for kids? It's exciting!

Definatly, I went crazy crazy! Searched everything you could think of to do with babies and the emotions and costs and extra furniture that comes with one, I even wanted to start buying clothes ect before we started trying! Its really exciting but takes time and effort to actually become pregnant, even though its not a good idea to begin buying because you could end up up like me 6 weeks pregnant then miscarry!:( not good but its normal to get excited

OMG HELLOW!!!! Yes, I went nuts, read every book that the library had on pregnancy. Checked out each website I could find on help conceiving. Watched each program on Television about birthing of babies. Talked my husbands ear off, and anyone else that would listen. I stalked the baby section in stores. You will only be cured of this when your little bundle of joy arrives, and then when you want another one, it all starts over again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck, and may God bless your efforts.

Yes, it is exciting. I’ve been married for almost 6 years and to be honest I wasn't sure I would ever even want kids. But once we actually decided that it is what we wanted to do, I got a pre-pregnancy exam from my physician and am so ready for it to happen! I have been doing tons of research as well. I figure it can't injured to be well prepared ahead of time. Good luck!

yes its very normal lol as soon as me and my partner decided to begin trying, i was straight on the net looking at the best things to buy and do and all that!!! i cant wait until i actually do get pregnant, i will be constantly in shops buying things!! good luck x

Yes, it is exciting but try and be realistic. The statitstic is that it takes about 6 months for normal, healthy couple to conceive. Hopefully it will be quicker for you but be prepared and wait to be pregnant before looking at baby stuff!

I've been restrained by my boyfriend from going too mental, but have bought 3 baby books and planned out everything in my head and cant wait til I get my BFP. My boyfriend thinks I'm too excited as may not happen for ages but I CANT wait til I'm preggers. So excited.
