had my implanon removed over three weeks ago and i believe fertility can return as soon as its removed? My partner and i started trying 4 a baby about a week after it was removed. Is is possible for a pregnancy to read negative if you take it too early. When is the ideal time to take one?
Answer:
Thats the exact same as me I just had mine removed and started straight away but I'm still testing negative. I had some spotting last week which I thought was implantation bleeding. I tested this day and it was negative but it could still be too early, we've been having sex each other day and so I thought that I would be…some times it takes a natural cycle to occur I've heard before you become pregnant.
I've done 2 tests this week and let a sigh of disappointment when i state just one line instead of 2. I’ve no way of knowing when i ovulate since i had implanon in and haven’t had a period since, but it if you think you’re as i hope you (and me) are… test now with a first response and if it's negative try in 1 week……Baby dust to you…!

Just a couple of things. First, do you know when you ovulated? Also, there are specific symptoms of a baby implanting into the uterus. Technically speaking, if you know when you implanted, if you did of course, then a First Response test will show as early as 3-4 days after implantation. Trust me on that one…I know from experience. After implantation, hCG starts producing at detecable levels. Because early tests detect the hormone at just 25 miu, you can get a positive that early. The second is that even though fertility does in fact return almost immediately, your natural cycle may be a bit off, so it's important to have sex every other day if you're not monitoring ovulation. If this month doesn't work out for you, try using an OPK. They work, and they will give you a visual confimation for ovulation, which takes the guess work out of it. Good luck to you.

hi,
a test can be taken from the 1st day of your missed period. If you’ve not yet had a period, then it might be a good idea to do a test now, an yes it can show a negative if you test too early.
but most of all enjoy what you have with your partner, because sometimes thinking to hard about getting pregnant can mean that you try to hard.
Good luck!!
