We've been trying for over 6 months and I don't have anyone to talk to. I've seen some of the bigger forums but feel a little lost. Can anyone recommend a good forum please?

Answer:
I use a forum called Bumples, it's a nice small'ish community so you might feel more comfortable than some of the larger forums. Everyone seems really nice, pop over and have a look, see if you care about it. bumples.co.uk/forum

Otherwise I usually stalk Yahoo answers. There's always someone with the same question as me, and tonnes of great answers!

Hey Maz

All us ladies are pretty much in the same boat as you - myself and my hubbie have been trying for almost 2years now…..and I totally understand how you feel.

You can always email me - I’m free to chat no hassle……….

I always use Yahoo - and find it really good - everyone is so helpful and really honest which is good….(especially on those days where you need a bit of calming down!)

xxxx baby dust to you chick - and remember post anything you need to speak about - we will all do our ideal for each other!

have you been to the doctor/gynae, have you problems that we could help you with?!

I dont ovulate, so I have been put on clomid 50mg - and this was my first month and I am currently waiting to see if I am pregnant - so I would be more than happy to help you out hunni x

You know what’s completely crazy? When you’re browsing Yahoo answers, you see tiny 'tales' about 13 year old girls who 'accidently' got pregnant. You see stories about girls who want abortions. You read about how these people are neglecting their babies. And here you’re…trying to have a baby…it seems that those who do want to AVOID pregnant are the ones that do, and those who DO want to get pregnant are the ones who have a very, very hard time doing so..

It's so sad…

I know you’ve so many questions….No one on here can tell you exactly what is going on with your cervical mucous, Clomid results, ovulation, pregnancy tests, implantation bleeding, or pregnancy symptoms…I know you're trying to look for each ray of hope….trust me…I was in your shoes not too long ago.

Just as a tiny story, My husband and I tried to conceive for a whole year. (By the way…my cycles were extremely irregular…)Last year around Thanksgiving time, it finally happened.

I think it wasn't happening for a whole year because I was stressing so much over it. I kept thinking about the baby. I kept counting days, researching my ovulation charts, reading about all kinds of crazy methods to conceive a child. I had baby on the brain. Finally in November last year, I gave up. I had a move to think about. I had to pack things, clothes, furniture…had to get an apartment, start paying new bills with my husband, make a road trip to our new state..things were hectic and I forgot about baby-making, and somewhere around that time, it happened. I think when you’re expecting a child, your body isn't going to respond only because of how the stress hormones are high even though you don't know it.

And this can even put your cycle off. It sucks, really. I’ve some really helpful sites for you though..you should check them out:

Good luck..I know it's so frustrating…but it will happen. Like I stated, we tried for a year..now I’m a mom to a beautiful baby who was born in August 2008.

Answer:
Try RESOLVE. They’ve discussion groups. Also, if you belong to Yahoo… search their groups for TTC. I belonged to one for a while and it was huge help. They could answer questions I had and were a great support. Hang in there!! Baby dust!!
