Has anyone experience a twinging pulling feeling, mainly to the left hand side, but radiating across the lower abdomen (around pubic bone) & then got a BFP ?
It felt very similar to ovulation pains, which I do get, but tend to last several hours, sometimes 5 or 6. This was just for about an hour.
Could this have been the egg travelling down the fallopian or perhaps implantation ?

At about 7 DPO I definitely felt something like that, it felt kind of crampy on my right side and I often get this kind of pain 2 days before my period is due, this lasted about an hour. I was playing netball at the time and thought I had maybe pulled something. I got a BFP yesterday morning at 18 dpo. Other than that I had no pregnancy signs at all only now are my breasts feeling a little sore.

It can be implantation pains. WIth at leaste one of my pregnancies I had implantion pains. Good Luck!
