no, of course not! bras are very comfortable! i get my from pink(the victorias secret store) and i love them! you could try getting yours there, and if they really still do bother you, you could always wear sports bras. a really comfortable sports bra is one from target, by the brand champion, they’re made out of spandex and nylon, and come in all sorts of colors. you could also try having your bras custom made from places like tinas closet. that can get pretty high-priced, but it is worth it for some people. just go to kohls, target, or pink and try on your size. id recommend a t-shirt bra, since those seem to be the most comfortable. but, all in all, bras are extremely comfy!

When you first start wearing one it's a bit weird but you swiftly get used to it and then you don't even know you're wearing one until you take it off. Now that feels weird at first when you take it off after wearing it all day.

No they’re pretty comfy if you get the right size. E.g.
Too huge - Slips down all the time round your waist, uncomfy all the time esp when you run.
Too small - Cut into you so your like ow, flattens you out though lol (for me it is anyways)
Right size - Bliss, you can't actually feel them sometimes because you become so used to them.

i got 1 when i was 11 i think it was so strange with 1 then, but now i dont even notice it, begin with a lillte bra lyk a vest bra kinda thing then u can wrk your way up to padded ones if u like
