All your tests results are within normal range.
Edit: What was your LH reading? Did they test for PCOS? Trim people have have PCOS too. Not sure what your shakes are the result of but females from certain ethnic groups (Asian) for example can have excess hair, it's not necessarily a sign of abnormality, just a nuisance more than anything. This isn't really connected but the only thing I’ll mention is that your folate levels are borderline.
Unlikely to be hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. Your Thyroid hormone test is within normal range- both TSH and T4. Surely your Doctor explained all these results to you?
Your Urea/electrolytes, liver function/kidney function (GFR) and thyroid are all within normal range. Go back and see your GP and ask him to run more tests.
