I'm 22 and I had a operation in December to remove Endometriosis off my bowel and my physician stated it was very deep anyway Since December I've noticed each time I’ve a bowel movement or the feeling of something “building up” I get dizzy, very dizzy. Now I'm putting it down to the fact I suffer from endo “stage3″ but should I be concerned it's something more then just that? Thanks

Yes this is reason for concern that something else could be going on. I would suggest getting in touch with your doctor to see what they state.
