help, im going on holiday and i think i might be due around that time, its my first year so my patterns r not proper yet, but i need help.
my periods r normally very heavey, so is it okay going in the swimming pool with a tampon in?
Answer:
Ive been wearing tampons since i was 13 (over 30 yrs) & have been swimming loads of times & never had a problem. I do advocate LILLETS brand tho & ive tried them all over the yrs. Have a gr8 holiday!
Answer:
Sure, just make sure you use a super tampon because you don't want to bleed in the pool! Or keep some on hand and change them out frequently. Being able to swim on your period is one of the joys of tampons!
Answer:
Yes you can go swimming wearing a tampon, try buying the 'super' ones, they have better absorbency.
Answer:
Of course! If you've not had leaking problems before theres no reason why it should happen as soon as you touch water. Just change every hour or so, or use a bigger tampon.
Answer:
Yes of course - just change them regularly especially on your heaviest days.
Answer:
Sure - its one of their best applications. Make sure you wear a high enough absorbency for swimming and your flow though.
Answer:
yeah just make sure you change it each hour or so.
Answer:
