I have had two operations due to ovarian cysts.
The last one was during last summer.
I went to have an ultrasound the day before yesterday - low and behold: they are back. It seems I have lots of small cysts all crowed together around my left ovary.
There is obviously something that I am doing wrong.
I was wondering if there are any “home” remedies anyone can advocate to treat/prevent ovarian cysts.
Also, I am told that no there’s no known cause for ovarian cysts. I'm not sure I believe this. I was wondering if anyone has any theories as to their root cause?

I have PCOS its Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. PCOS makes a women's hormones out of wack..making their periods abnormal & have Extreme pain. I'm also unable to have children & its extremely hard to loose any weight but wicked simple to gain a **** ton…(any of the same for u?) I started having ovarian cysts @ 13 years old when they realized that i had PCOS. When 1 explodes it feels like i'm being shot in my left side of my stomach. (any major pains like this?) For the pain i take napration & use a heating pad.
In the long run there really isnt anything you can do to provent a cyst developing on ur ovary. I would suggest to have ur physicians look into PCOS (dr's just discovered it about 10-15 years ago) there’s no cure for it @ the moment but there are medications that help with the systems that occur.
