my bf loves to suck my nipples when we cuddle and I love it but a friend states it could stimulate my body to begin the milk producing process

Don't worry. It's true that having your nipples sucked on could stimulate milk production, but it would take several hours a day to bring it on. It is easier for milk production to start after pregnancy because of the hormones, but it is possible without it. Some adoptive mothers try it, but it is really difficult even when you are trying to make it happen! It's not prone to happen in this situation. (Besides, the way a baby sucks when they nurse feels quite a bit different than what your bf is probably doing!)

You’ve to go through a lot of hormonal changes for that to happen, which come from pregnancy naturally only.
If you were producing milk, continual 'harvesting' of it would keep you lactating though, but this won't begin it.
