I dont know if its acid relux (what ever that may be?)

but i feel very nauseous sometimes (maybe food related?) especially in the morning on a relatively empty stomach. and its a burning sensation in the back of my mouth (with an unpleasant taste) and down my osophoegus.

what is this?

It sounds like acid. If its intermittent then try an antacid. If its regular then you should consult your physician.
