I wrote about her earlier. She has informed me that she also has a sore throat, the pain is worse when she sits, it comes and goes, sometimes it is worse than others and she is bloated. What might she have? This has been going on for 3 weeks. She has been to the doctor twice. He hasnt been much help? Should she go to the emergency room? Please help, we are very scared. Thank you so much.

okay i can almost guarantee this is intestinal and it is probably just constipation. i hve experienced this myself and thought the stabbing pains were going to bring me to my knees. take a warm bath and soothe the initial tension experienced from the cramping. take a over the counter stool softener or milk of magnesia. drink tons of water (cannot stress this enough), even tylenol for pain (ibuprofen can cause upset stomach so i would not suggest this at all).
Take care to keep track of her symptoms and whatever position comforts her in the mean time try and support body with pillows and have her lay on her left side! or even on her tummy to try and get those intestines working!
note if she’s having painful urination or perhaps kidney stone? you can always check webmd if you’re feeling desperate. but if you’re this worried and she seems to be having regular bowel movements with no pain or cramping and urinating every 2 hours than take her to the emergency and ease your mind : )

I'm really not being nasty, but stop wasting time on here and take her to hospital, this could be something easy but could just as easy b very serious. Tell your friend good luck!
