i've always had big boobs regardless of my body weight, i've been through fat phases and skinny phases. last time i lost a lot of weight by exercise, my boobs shrank a tiny at first but remained large while the rest of me got thinner. this time, im sort of a medium build with a few tubby bits so i've been on a diet for 3 weeks, nothing radical, just eating veg and fruit rather than fatty things, 'bowl of cereal rather than a bacon sandwich' kind of diet and i exercise 1-3 times a week. i seem to be loosing weight and my belly and bum have gone down but my boobs have gone up from an E/F (depending on bras shape and what not) to an indisputable G! anything smaller actually makes them ache and they injured when im not wearing a bra? is this normal??

Answer:
okay i think you need a womans advice instead of all these freaks asking you to send a picture….really mature guys!
anways it seems that your just putting the weight on your boobs and the rest is just staying normal!! to be honest its just your body reacting to your diet and the rest of your body is turning into muscle because of the exercising!!!

Answer:
You might want to take into account breast reduction surgery. It is a last resort, but rather than face a lifetime of carrying around a LOT of weight, and experiencing back problems, it is an option that you may want to take into account. Exercise and diet will not alter the fundamental shape and size of a woman's breasts, unless you get to starvation levels. And that would bring on other health risks.
So, exercise and diet for health reasons, but don't expect any big changes in breast size. Save your pennies. Consult a cosmetic surgeon about breast reduction surgery.

Answer:
Yep. It's probably related to the hormones in your body. Did you start a new pill or increase your cardio? You know, your body continues growing even up to 25 years old? It's true.

If I were you I would get a measuring tape and check the measurement of what bra size you should be wearing because you’re probably needing more massive than you think. (Most women do.)

I'm glad you’re losing weight, but you might want to take a pregnancy test if your breasts get sore or begin to hurt.
